NovoLink Learn is an AI literacy education platform that provides adaptive learning modules, AI-powered scoring, personalized learning tracks, and certifications.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with the Service; upload malicious content; share access codes without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including modules, scoring rubrics, and platform design, is owned by NovoLink Learn. Certificates earned are licensed for personal and professional use.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL NOVOLINK LEARN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
