Account information: name, email address.
Profile information: resume data (if uploaded), intake responses, learning preferences.
Usage data: module progress, prompt submissions, scores, learning activity.
Device data: browser type, IP address (anonymized for analytics).
We use your information to: provide personalized learning experiences; score your prompt submissions; track your progress; generate certificates; improve the platform.
If you upload a resume: the PDF is encrypted at rest; after parsing, only structured JSON data is retained; the original PDF is deleted within 24 hours; parsed data is used solely for learning personalization.
Your prompt submissions are processed by AI models for scoring. Free tier: conversation data is session-only and not persisted. Paid tiers: conversation history is encrypted and stored for continuity.
We do NOT sell your data. We share data only with: Supabase (hosting/database); Anthropic (AI scoring, subject to their data policies); Vercel (hosting). Enterprise clients receive only aggregated, anonymized reports.
All data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Enterprise tier: dedicated data partitions with zero shared infrastructure.
Access: Request a copy of your data at any time.
Deletion: Request account deletion via settings. Soft-delete immediate, hard-delete within 30 days, all PII purged within 90 days.
Portability: Export your profile, scores, and certificates.
CCPA/GDPR: We honor Do Not Sell/Share requests and right-to-be-forgotten requests.
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
