Monthly subscriptions (Pro Monthly, Student Monthly) can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial months. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions (Pro Annual, Student Annual, Founders 1000, Single Seat Corporate) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 3 modules have been completed. After 14 days or 3+ completed modules, no refund is available.
Cert Pass is a one-time purchase. Refundable within 7 days if the certification assessment has not been attempted.
Corporate and B2B volume deals are governed by individual service agreements. Contact your account representative for refund terms.
